Exchange & Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: We do not offer cash or direct refunds once a product is sold.
- Size Exchange Only: Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags intact. Size exchange is allowed once per order within 7 days.
- Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale or discounted items, products purchased using coupons or vouchers, and used or washed garments are not eligible for exchange. Minor colour variation of approximately 10–12% due to screen settings does not qualify for exchange.
- Store Credit: If the required size is unavailable, a store credit valid for 30 days will be emailed to you.

Self-Shipment & Fees: We do not offer reverse pickup. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please self-ship the parcel with your order details to:
