• No Refunds: We do not offer cash/direct refunds once a product is sold.
• Size Exchange Only: Exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact. Allowed once per order within 7 days.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale/discounted items, products bought via coupons/vouchers, and used/washed garments are strictly non-exchangeable. Minor color variations (10-12%) due to screen settings do not qualify.
• Store Credit: If the required size is unavailable, a Store Credit valid for 30 days will be emailed to you.
• Self-Shipment & Fees: We do not offer reverse pickup. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Send parcel with order details to:
